GILD successfully works with national, state, district, school and community educators to facilitate high academic achievement for English language learners (ELLs) and is the focus of GILD services.

GILD’s Blueprint for Instructional Reform© outlines a step-by-step process to increase English language acquisition and academic achievement of ELLs. All of GILD’s services are supported by current research-based theory and practice.

GILD’s work includes systems analysis tools, program and curriculum evaluation, and targeted professional development and training for all who work in the service of ELLs.
